FLOOR WAXING*

STRIP & WAX PROCESS

Strip old wax from floor areas to be waxed*
Scrub entire floor area to be waxed
Treat any trouble spots that may be on floor area to be waxed
Mop area to be waxed thoroughly
Apply four (4) coats of the high traffic wax
Once the strip & wax is completed, UltraClean, Inc. will polish the newly waxed floor with a high speed burnisher, if necessary.

* UltraClean, Inc. will move all furniture from areas to be waxed for an additional charge. UltraClean, Inc.

does not move electronic equipment, glassware, or any other fragile or breakable items or furniture.

* Additional fees may apply to polishing the flooring.

Note: We recommend waiting 48 hours or more before polishing.
We recommend that newly waxed areas be dust mopped & damp mopped (with a neutral cleanser & cold to lukewarm water only) periodically, based upon the type & amount of floor traffic. (Never use hot water or harsh detergents on waxed areas) FOR BEST RESULTS: UltraClean, Inc. can maintain the newly waxed floor areas via a customized wax maintenance program and/or janitorial maintenance program designed specifically for their needs & their facility.

WAX MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Each program must begin with a strip and wax . The frequency of visits will be determined based upon the type & amount of floor traffic.

A technician with UltraClean, Inc. will diagnose the waxed areas & determine if the flooring needs to be:

Stripped and Waxed
Top Coated (Buff top layer of wax away and then lay two fresh coats of wax)
Spray Buffed (entire area is polished with a floor machine and sprayed during process to put a luxurious shine on waxed areas & to remove any scuff marks or light scratches.)

*Additional fees will apply for a "strip & wax" & if we are required to move furniture from areas to be waxed. UltraClean, Inc. technicians are not permitted to move electronic equipment, glassware, or any other fragile or breakable items.
NOTE: We recommend that newly waxed areas be dust mopped & damp mopped (with a neutral cleanser & cold to lukewarm water only) periodically, based upon the type & amount of floor traffic. (Never use hot water or harsh detergents on waxed areas) FOR BEST RESULTS: UltraClean, Inc. can maintain the cleanliness of the newly waxed floor areas, & their entire facility, via a janitorial maintenance program.

CERAMIC TILE AND GROUT CLEANING

Step 1: Visual inspection- We will join you in the inspection to be sure that there are no damaged grout areas.

Step 2: Preparation- We’ll determine the best and safest cleaning approach using a series of tests that will help us understand your tile porosity and hardness. In some situations, we also may need to determine the grout’s level of acid resistance.

Step 3: Remove dry soil

Step 4: Pre-spray- Treat the tile and grout with special solutions made to break down grease and oils.

Step 5: Agitate- Agitate the pre-spray in the grout with a grout brush. –If necessary

Step 6: Rinse- Spray with high pressured, hot water using our truck mounted machine.

Step 7: Seal- After cleaning, we will seal your grout. -If necessary
