Post-construction cleaning*

• Scrub the shower, tub, sink, toilet, tiles, and floor
• Clean shower door glass and tracks
• Clean and polish showerhead and faucets
• Clean mirrors
• Dust window sill, top of medicine cabinet, light fixtures and vents
• Clean inside the medicine cabinet, the vanity and under the sink
• Dust walls
• Clean soap dish and toothbrush holder
• Remove all cobwebs
• Sweep and mop the floor 

•  Sweep and mop the floor
• Clean interior of refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and any other appliances (remove all shelves and drawers to thoroughly wash)
• Clean interior & exterior of all cabinets and drawers
• Clean all counter tops & the backsplash
• Clean the sink, faucets and under the sink
• Clean all light switch plates
• Dust and clean top of cabinets
• Dust all mouldings and frames
• Remove all cobwebs
• Dust all walls

• Clean exterior of visible sides of washer and dryer
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors
• Vacuum carpeted floors

• Clean window sills
• Remove minor debris
• Clean/dust all ceiling fans and light fixtures
• Dust blinds
• Remove all cobwebs
• Dust all shelves and countertops
• Dust walls
• Clean doors, door frames, and door sills
• Clean electrical receptacles & light-switch plates
• Sweep dust from all of the baseboards & edge of carpets
• Vacuum carpeted floors
• Sweep balcony/ porch

 ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE APPLIED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

1. If other technicians and contractors are performing task such as painting, remodeling, repairing items, replacing carpet or tile, etc.,and are in the property at the time of the scheduled cleaning service.
2. If the cleaning service is canceled and/or rescheduled without a minimum of 48 hours notice before the time of the scheduled cleaning service.
3. If additional labor, time, and/or chemicals are required to remove excessive dirt, grime, stains, pet dander, paint, residue, adhesive, etc. on any surface(s) such as cabinets, drawers, baseboards, appliances, shower and/or tub units, toilets, sinks, windows, window blinds, etc.
4. Power, lights, heat, air conditioner, and/or running water are not available at the time of the scheduled cleaning service.
5. The removal of paint overspray from surfaces, tough lime/calcium scale deposits, an excessive amount of soap scum buildup, hard water stains, and/or built up burned on foods and/or stains in the oven, stove, or vent hood.
6. Window cleaning, pressure washing, tile cleaning, and deep cleaning of carpet.

IMPORTANT NOTE

*When heavy appliances are located on certain floor types such as soft linoleum, hardwood, etc. UltraClean, Inc. considers it a liability for our technicians to move, or attempt to move, them because it has been known to result in damage to the floor and/or appliance, especially top heavy appliances.​ The customer is responsible for moving any heavy appliances (Our technicians may move some appliances, depending on the floor surface underneath & in front of the appliance, & the appliances must be on wheels).

*UltraClean, Inc. does NOT guarantee removal of all stains, spots, residue, etc.

*"Assessed Fees"must be approved by customer before the technician will provide additional services.

*If there are five or more live bugs or insects, including wasps, bees, roaches, or spiders, in the living area during the scheduled cleaning, we reserve the right to refuse service. The cleaning may be postponed until the pest issue is resolved, and a trip charge could be applied.

*If power, lights, heat, air conditioning, and/or running water are not available at the time of the scheduled cleaning service, we reserve the right to refuse service. The cleaning may be postponed until these utilities are restored, and a trip charge could be applied.
