Yes! 100% of all tips go to your technician. We ask that you separate the tip from the actual payment to ensure the technician receives 100% of their earnings. However, if you pay with card, our system will prompt you and separate the tip automatically.
If you have cluttered floors or countertops then you will be charged an extra $0.75 per minute to move the items out of the way or to a desired location. The cleaning technician will always inform you before starting.
Our cleaning technicians should not lift anything exceeding 25lbs, or anything that is fragile or easily breakable.

Yes, the same technician(s) will be present every time. Exceptions are made if the technician cannot clean on your scheduled date. In this instance, your cleaning will be rescheduled or another technician will complete the services requested.
We like to do a post-cleaning inspection with you to address anything overlooked before the cleaning technician leaves the property. If anything needs to be addressed after the technician leaves please contact us, within 48 hours, and we will promptly correct any errors.
