(NOTE: Before our technician is scheduled to arrive, please vacuum, remove all breakables and items from tables and other furniture, & remove small items such as boxes, magazines, shoes, etc. in the area(s) being cleaned. If applicable, please prepare arrangements for pets and children to be kept away from the area(s) to be cleaned.)
Step 1: Pre-Inspection– Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet and address your areas of concern. We will identify your fiber type, discuss your carpet conditions, potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results. Furniture moving needs will be discussed as well at this time.
Step 2: Furniture Moving– Sofas, chairs and tables will be carefully moved during your cleaning process and replaced in their original location with tabbed protectors underneath to protect your flooring and furnishings.
Step 3: Pre-Conditioning, Pre-Treatments, & Pre-Spotting– Your carpet is pretreated with an appropriate cleaning solution. This is mixed according to your soiling conditions, carpet style, and fiber type. Rest assured that the products we use are safe for your family and pets.
Step 4: Hot Water Extraction and Rinse– After a little dwell time, we use van mounted hot water extraction, better known as steam cleaning, to rinse and remove the dirt and other contaminants. Water pressure and temperature are regulated to make sure your carpet is not over-wet.
Step 5: Advance Stain Removal– Troublesome spots will receive further treatment with one of our specialty spot removers and by using advanced stain removal techniques.
Step 6: Neutralization– Every carpet we clean is neutralized and PH balanced so there are no sticky residues left behind to attract future soiling. This treatment is applied during or after rinsing depending on soil conditions. This important step also prepares your carpet to receive a fabric protection treatment such as Scotchgard.
Step 7: Speed Dry (upon request)– High velocity air movers can be used to enhance drying. (Additional fees may apply)
Step 8: Post Inspection– Our technician will walk through your home with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with our service. (Carpets generally take 4 to 8 hours to completely dry, on average. This is dependent upon air circulation & humidity levels.)
Step 1: Pre-Inspection- Our technician will determine what type of cleaning solutions and techniques will be used. We will also point out any potential permanent stains or areas of concern.
Step 2: Area Preparation- We will prepare the appropriate nearby area to protect your surrounding furnishings, if necessary.
Step 3: Pre-Treat- Depending on your fabric, a special solution designed for your fabric type and the soiling condition will be applied to “emulsify” the soil.
Step 4: Pre-Spot- Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
Step 5: Pre-Groom- If needed, the fabric will be gently groomed using soft upholstery brushes to loosen the soil.
Step 6: Soil Extraction and Rinse- The soil is extracted from the fabric with a gentle, controlled rinse.
Step 7: Neutralize- The fabric is pH balanced to maintain it’s soft, fresh feel.
Step 8: Post Spot- Any remaining spots will be treated with special stain removal products.
Step 9: Post Groom- The upholstery will be prepared for drying with a gentle combing of the fabric
(Corduroy, Velvet, Microfiber.)
Step 10: Speed Dry- High velocity air movers can be placed on the upholstery to speed dry the fabric.
Step 11: Post Cleaning Inspection
Step 1: Visual inspection- Our technician will walk through the home with you to visually inspect for damaged grout areas.
Step 2: Preparation- We’ll determine the best and safest cleaning approach using a series of tests that will help us understand your tile porosity and hardness. In some situations, we also may need to determine the grout’s level of acid resistance.
Step 3: Remove dry soil
Step 4: Pre-spray- Treat the tile and grout with our special solutions made to break down grease and oils.
Step 5: Agitate- Agitate the pre-spray in the grout with a grout brush. -If necessary
Step 6: Rinse- Spray with high pressured, hot water using our truck mounted machine
Step 7: Seal - After cleaning, we will seal your grout. -If necessary
Encapsulation cleaning is an interim carpet maintenance method. In this process, the encapsulating chemical is sprayed onto and then brushed into the carpet using a cylindrical or rotary brush machine or bonnet. The encapsulation chemistry surrounds each soil particle and crystallizes it so it can’t attract other soils. The encapsulated soil particles release from the carpet fiber and are removed by normal vacuuming.
Since this is a low-moisture system, carpets can be put back into use promptly. This process allows maintenance companies to provide a continual high level of appearance at a lower price than other cleaning methods, while generating high levels of productivity. This method is designed for commercial maintenance only. Encapsulation cleaning should be periodically followed (every 2–3 cleanings) by thorough hot water extraction.
Step 1: Thoroughly vacuum the carpet to remove dry soils.
Step 2: Using a pump-up sprayer, we spray a mixture containing Matrix Double Strength Encapsulant.
Step 3: Allow 10–15 minutes of dwell time.
Step 4: Using a bonnet machine, grooming brush, or cylindrical brush machine,we work the encapsulant into the carpet.
Step 5: After the carpet is dry, we encourage the property owner to vacuum. Continual vacuuming will pick up the encapsulated debris.
